A friend of mine reminded me of this, "non-existent" blog that I've abandoned
so here's an entry about my oh-so-mundane life

I spoke to Kim recently, and I realised how much I miss her
and those " chilling " days we had, where we'll sit for hours at Starbucks and talk about anything and everything
No one can really replace her, in a good way, cos i miss her chatters and stories
The last time she came back to Singapore, i couldn't find time to meet her sadly :(

Cycling with Bestie at East Coast Park was awesome
we cycled one of those 2-people bike
and it was super funny, we were super enthusiastic in cycling at first
til we reached the end of ECP, and had to cycle back to the start
the end journey was disastrous but nevertheless
it's the company and laughter that counts

and ECP reminded me of a particular someone
we used to spend hours there roller blading
i was such a clumsy bitch, i landed on my ass like every 5 minutes
but you didn't laugh, although you were a great blader
those days we sit on the sand and talk about kabbish life experiences
where you kept losing your "bracelet" which you wore on your arm for...good luck purpose?

I wonder what's our purpose in life, what are we here for?
a friend once told me, we're here on a mission

Had dinner at Sakae sushi last friday with danielle, which was needless to say awesome
but we ended up ordering way too much food for us to finish off, and had to ......

which was embarrassing, we over-estimated ourselves!

It's a bad week, problems never end, with new ones re-creating themselves

Today, was my very first day at work
I woke up at 9.30, and thought that i was running very late, and in deep shit

I haven't gone scuba-diving before
I haven't gone to Paris, London or any of the European states
I haven't really explore the world, just stuck in Singapore all my life
I haven't bought myself a dog, despite being a dog lover
I haven't bump into a celebrity down the street, and this 6 year old girl that came in today had
I haven't stepped into the casino my entire life, and played any of those "games"

I haven't done so much stuff, and yet I'm already turning 20. Like the fatal, 2- is coming out, wrinkles will start to form, soon i'll be an old hag soon

I used to think I found the one in my life, but then again, he's no longer the one anymore

I played this, " whats your future" game, as i did like 2 years ago. I put different identities, different names, hoping for a different future
Jobs have changed, my future screams: accountant! Maybe 'cos i chose Accounting for my UOL course next year
Cars have changed! I'm suddenly obsessed with pink, and my car chosen is nevertheless pink
But the guy remained unchanged, I put in many more names this time, hoping the system will pick me another name, or let me know, that It's over and gone between me and this guy

In the past weeks, exams have been gone, over and done with. My aim of ever attaining a distinction have flew out of the window, i know there's absolutely no way i can ever score one now.
i majorly screwed up my Stats 2 paper, not knowing if i can pass. Yes, you read this correctly. Even passing posses a challenge to me, how can I ever get a distinction overall? I've worked months, days and weeks for this exams, then yet again, when it's all been done, I felt that i haven't worked hard enough for it. It seemed that I barely studied and I didn't cover the content thoroughly enough.

yesterday, I had an argument with a loved one, over friendship

i had many close male friends in the past, people like benny and calvin
and kenny, who called me almost every night to rant about his NS life hahas
i gave them up, choosing this relationship with you

i used to have a good friend benny, but i guess he can't be my good friend anymore

meaning, in every argument, it lies between both our faults
what i clearly don't appreciate is, you're flawless and i'm full of knots

you were a really nice guy in the past
but i dont think that guy is you anymore. You have died with all other memories inside me

i'm really ticked recently, by insults
i'm flooed each day with astronomical insults like, " eh your hair is real wierd today"
"your hair is looks so and so'
"look, your curls are fading"

i never got bombarded with such nonsense when i had straight hair, so i never knew how it would feel. and namely, the insults just comes from one person in particular.

i'm real ticked. i do not insult her in anyway, i'm always nice to her and all. i introduced salsa dance to her, and she'll never be where she was today, without me. on the first lesson, i persuaded her to go and all, even when we were both really late. i was the one who told her all about the class and timings and all.

and today, she looks at me like i'm a nobody. she floods me with insults everyday, like i owe her the world. true, i'm always living in my own world, with my own fairytale land, but is that a crime?

i never did anything to her, never once bitched about her, never once insulted her, and it's not like i owe her anything. yet, she throws insults at me as and when she likes. once when i was looking for my tutorial class, and i asked her for direction, she yelled at me, catching the attention of others around us. she never did say something nice to me, all i get are negative comments, be it my clothes, my accessories or my shoes. and now, my hair is getting astronomical "attention". she never once stops to consider my feelings.

i still have to see her everyday for like weeks and months. is that how a friend should treat another friend? where's the basic respect, for one another?

give me a break, i'm human after all

Lesson learnt from yesterday was, do not ever judge a book by its cover
I kinna lost my phone, and found it again, by a bunch of youngster whom i personally looked at with disdain and distaste
but all thanks to them, my phone is back with me, safe and sound (:

It was kinna funny, Kim and I met in town to chill
yes, Kim is backkkk, hahas!
Lol, sat down at Macs for a drink, and this bunch of really frivolous people sat down at the table like 3cm from us
we left Macs in a hurry, me wanting to get a pencil case from Borders
and i stupidly left my phone on the table!
Rebecac told me that macs called her apparently, to tell her that my phone was missing and asked for my house number
what a drama afternoon!

Tuesday was out with best friend, shopping at Jurong for shoes which we both went home with silly grins cos the shoes were fab :D

thursday was yesterday, nothing interesting but swimming. this stupid girl was reading in the swimming pool. literally, her ass was seated in the water and she was in her specs and all. then her boyfriend came along, shouted, "BOO" real loud and she fell in, book specs and all. totally unglam, points lost for the book drenched and floating on water. geeez, i realise girls nowadays have little brain, or maybe none at all.
then her boyfriend was such a bitch. showing off his skills and all. i mean like duh, you definitely can swim faster than me, cos i'm a girl and i'm swimming breast stroke and you're free-styling, omg use the brain. and he gives me the, "yea, i'm awesome hot" look, like hey no. nowhere close. sorry, maybe for your girlfriend but not for me. and then he walked around the pool in his trunks like he's hot stuff. pissed me off when he walked to the table where i laid my stuff and sat there. met up with carmen and ivena for ice-cream at Udders, hahhas the new flavour turkey bacon egg is real exotic. go try it (:

carmen needed to photocopy something for her students, so we went over to some photocopying shop near her place
but bummer, it's like closed and all

"let's go there and see if there offer photocopying!"

so we stepped in, and check it out
guy told us, it's 15 cents per copy
and he told us machine needed to be heated and all, so we told him, we'll be back

and then we went back, collecting the stuff
leaving, then realisation dawned on carmen!
it's only one set of worksheets, she needed two!

so off went wanyu and carmen back to the same tuition centre
guy photocopied and all, then carmen requested for the worksheet to be stapled

it was a lovely valentine's day, that ended on a bad note

2008, i started emo clubzzzzz, singles marching down town, and counting the number of couples we spied on with out eyes

and 2009, without doubt was the BEST EVER (:
